After living in japan for several years i started to live a bit more like the japanese. I learned that taking your shoes off before you come home before you come into your apartment is a really good thing because it keeps the floor clean. My brother came back and it was just like a little culture clash but he didn't realize because he had no idea of the culture that i was coming back from so he thought i was just me as i was before. So he found it really strange and weird that i was asking him to take his shoes off before he came in but i thought it was good.
