How to Be Polite Without Being Rude
When you say it's completely false, you're virtually certain that this is wrong. So the word completely doesn't give you any room for error. There are also times when people can be really a little bit rude. For example, in Ireland, somebody might say to you, I think you're talking through your arse. And it's really telling somebody that what they said is a load of rubbish. You can be firm with these suggestions or recommendations or challenges and still be polite without being rude.
