The Importance of Marriage
The end game isn't marriage as we know it on this earth. The end game is something far more perfect, far more beautiful, far more true. And that's eternal love with God and communion. So what does that look like? It's hard for us to comprehend cause we're finite human beings here on earth waiting for the death and the resurrection. We don't hear enough Christian married people saying actually, my deepest longing is not met by my husband, right? Or maybe it is. That's where maybe we have some idolatry within our marriage.
