The Importance of Location in Investment Grade Properties
The rise of the 20 minute neighborhood started long before covid. The more established suburbs where there's better infrastructure shopping and amenities tend to be closer to the CBD. Buy properties that got street appeal that are favorable to look at nice aspect confused investment grade properties of a security not just being in the right suburb but also with gates intercoms alarms off street parking is important in most suburbs now I know in some of the inner suburbs you can't get off street parking particularly in Sydney and Melbourne.
