There are certain computer problems, let's go to the traveling salesman problem. It will take trillions and trillions of centuries to solve that problem if all the atoms in the universe were a computer. Another thing is what are called limitations of intuition. For example, quantum mechanics tells us some very, very strange things about the universe that are counterintuitive.
