The Death of a Criminal
He's murdered by the pretorian guard on the eleventh or twelfth of march two 22. Dio says in book 80, point 20, he made an attempt to flee, and would have got ay somewhere by being placed in a chest,. had he not been discovered and slain. His mother, julius somias, who embraced him and clung tightly to him, perished with him. Their heads were cut off, and their bodies, after being stripped naked, were first dragged all over the city. The only time i can think of an emperor's body being desecrated is at such a fair word. I don't think it need be any certain one thing exactly.
