Is Praying for Your Enemies Just Exposure Therapy?

Praying for your enemies is doing neurological work. When you bring that person, that concept to mind, your body will start going through similar activities. But as you experience that in the presence of God, you know, praying for them in a sense of like blessing them or however you might pray for them,. You start putting guard rails around it. I think this changing our emotion concepts is a long-term solution. It's not an instantaneous thing, but I think we can work toward attaining that enemy love that Jesus called us toward while healing and protecting ourselves.
