The Importance of Meat in Diets
Meat is packed with nutrition. Meat and other animal products contain all the amino acids, building blocks of protein that we need. You can get all these amino acids through a combination of different plants, like beans and grains. It's not something I'm here advocating for, but it's interesting to see that people can apparently do well on diets that constitute only of meat.
