The Power of Waiting for Someone to Text You Back
In every experience of being left was pulled into the moment, that present moment. All I could focus on was problems. And then I would have negative behaviors, maybe a tantrum or an episode and some repeated calling or repeated texting. That always led to a shame spiral, abandonment spiral, rejection spiral. When you get stuck in problem focused thinking, because the primary emotion is the one we really want though it takes into consideration what's happening in the current moment.
