Is This a Killing?

The police found numerous pictures of a nurse. Pictures he'd obviously taken without her being aware. The whole thing has been on my mind more since it's coming up on the anniversary. I just hope the verdict goes my way, and a predator like that has taken off the streets for a long, long time. But the reality is, it would probably be free to offend again, much sooner than any of us would feel comfortable with.
