Short but high intensity interval training kind of about not, I should correct myself cause people are going to come after me on this one. 60 seconds on two minutes off running intervals. That's what puts you in a good mood. High intensity work decent. Like every time it worked pretty well. And again, like you said, it comes back to the individual and just experimenting what works for you. So someone might find that 90 minutes a day of exercise is what they've got to do to help improve their mood. For other people, so that might be 90 minutes of lower intensity.
