I think blaming the rest of the world for something that was clearly an in-house terrible policy. It is explaining what's happening with interest rates, which I would have thought would be of importance to your listeners. So why didn't you just see it out then? Why don't you say this is a global difficulty? We're going to see it out because we believe in this policy. Because it had become a distraction and in terms of the government accounts it is broadly a rounding error. The politics of envy is very damaging. Getting the economy growing is fundamental.
