Transcendental Empiricism
I've always thought of transcendental empiricism as a kind of almost tongue-in-cheek framing and as Situating for example difference repetition the conflict of the faculties they're discord in accord etc. I don't necessarily think of it as something that Delos would call himself or or necessarily ascribe himself to It's one of the the moves in the conceptual toolbox of reformulating the history of philosophy perhaps. There is Absolutely a way to read Delos Consistently and beautifully with the transcendental in tact.
