The protein thing is so real like I've been most today's most I attract my um macronutrients. It really does make a difference and it really can sort of change things for you especially if you've had this kind of like really alienating experience of your body. People bear a lot of individual responsibility and guilt over these things when we don't get like a good ideally we would learn this in school or like our parents would know but our parents don't know anything.
