William Shakespeare's Theology of Co-Inherence
Co-inherence is the idea of beings interacting in an extremely tight unity. Charles Williams believed that suppose you were suffering from a huge grief or a terror, I could offer to carry that and I could substitute myself for you. He said that it was biblical and he told his disciples to practice it. And late in his life, Williams even founded a group called the Companions of Co-inherence.
