How to Deal With Endometriosis and PCOS

I am dedicating this episode to all women because in somewhere and other all women have had an issue with their women's health. My doctor said that at some point I might have to have surgery for the endometriosis which really scares me and I don't want to talk about it. So far so good I'm feeling very grateful and it's just crazy because it's like now. Like I used to be able to tell that my period was coming like a week and a half out.
