Hemoptersus - A Differential of Non-Life-Threatening and Life-Treating Hemoptasis

Hemoptersus can be divided into non-life-threatening and life-threatening hemoptasis. Infectious, pulmonary, neoplastic, vasculitic or rheumatologic, vascular, traumatic, quiulopithis, and miscellaneous causes are considered. Quagulopithecine is important to consider if you're differential for hemoptosis. There are several other causes of D.A.H., including certain medications that we'll discuss later in this episode.
