For me, I mostly push through it. And also I must jump into this mindset thing. How do you reset yourself if you feel like I really have a bad momentum right now? That's usually the way that I like to do it. When I'm watching videos, I don't watch any bad jumps ever. So if I have, if I have a bad jump in practice, I'll just pretty much delete it right away.
