Why Heavy Weights Are Better for Bones

There's still that misconception amongst people that will say i'm doing a lot of exercise and when you start to unpack what it is that they're actually doing. Why is it the try as you say move towards this sort of for example five sets of the right type of exercises is so important how does it actually work? I guess it all comes back to the animal models so all that seminal research done in in animal models so you need loading to be of a high magnitude which means translating to a human that would be high load so heavier weights or because of that load repetition relationship so an inverse relationshipso that mean like the higher the weight you're lifting or pulling or pushing the less repetitions
