We're essentially seeing the commodification of climate change. Shell, for example, is peddling out its nature-based solutions and talking about buying up pieces of rainforest around the world in order to protect it. There's massive fears amongst the indigenous communities all around the world that this is going to be used as another land grab. And it means we have to be able to imagine our way to a post-capitalist economy which is simply focused on meeting human needs within planetary boundaries.
