The Benefits of Probiotics
A probiotic is a live microorganism that when it's administered in adequate amounts confers a health benefit to the person taking it. Some products are allowed to call themselves probiotics when they've got sufficient numbers of a type of bacteria that has a proven health benefit. What we're recommending at the moment is that probiotics are prescribed on an individual basis by someone who's got the right information and knowledge to be able to do that.
