The Importance of Entrepreneurship in Higher Education

You were the first woman president at Babson College, which is an institution I respect and admire a great deal. What I got to see is that so many young people feel disempowered. They're worried about how jobs of the future are going to be different than the ones they have. And yet when you're at a college like Babson, where 99% of the graduates have a good paying job within six months of graduation, there's no sense of return on investment not being there. That we really need to refocus on things like entrepreneurship that give people power to create their own job.
