The Disconnect Between the Output and the BBC
I think in a way that something that's even more disturbing, you chronicle it in great detail in your book, is the way the senior management of the BBC have let so many people go. And there seems to be a disconnect between the output and the senior management who have allowed all of you to go within a space of a very short period of time. In many cases, could have kept the people if they had cultivated them and spoke to them and engaged with them.
