How to Meditate for Kids

I worry that if you're presenting it to kids and just doing short little exercises that they might just be like, well, that didn't do anything and then move on. So the first exercise that I always teach them is called palming, where I'm basically, I learned it from my tennis coach of mine who played number one singles at Stanford. And when they do this with these kids, it takes one minute. Every time you finish doing it, everything is immediately like really bright and fuzzy. You can notice that there's a very noticeable difference that happens. A lot of ways for me, a lot of kids feel tired after they do these exercises, which I feel the same way
