CNN's Kavin Ghitis talks about resilience and taking care of yourself. He says he used to run 50 or 60 kilometers a week before his accident. Now, even now, surgeons tell him you can't walk on your feet because they're such a mess. But doctors did say that i survived the accident because i was fit - exercise is so important.
