Ye en practises tha quiet quite in the mind at all times and as much as possible in our daily life. And again, when you go for a walk, exercise, even when you eat any time, there's silence. That's right. A, that's what this chapter is about. It's about realizing that impartiality and harnessin becoming the bellow,. y becoming the bellowed.
