Growth mineset should be a part of teacher education, and it is in many ways. But we need to get our act together and provide more direct evidence for teachers who want to use growth minds on a daily basis. We have far more confidence in the student mind set interventions because of the level of testing and evaluation. On the teacher's side, you know, what are the practices they need to have? Am, is it enough to put up a poster on the wall to say, have a growth mind set, am? Or something deeper need to happen? So i think schools of education are a beautiful means for using t this evidence,. And i think there's a hunger for it
