What Is Intermittent Fasting for ADHD?

The power of ketones in the brain. When I am intermittent fasting, I have much less brain fog. I am mentally sharper and my mood is elevated. There is no question about that. We've been fasting for thousands of years. It's not activating for disordered eating behaviors if it works for you. If you're struggling with an eating disorder or disordered eating, please check with your doctor before you change anything. And so beyond that, we also know from studies with girls with ADHD that they are 3.6 times more likely to develop an eating disorder.
