Last year, when covi started, Caea and her husband didn't have to sell right away. They realized that the margins were just so much bigger being an actual vacation rental spot versus a city. So they decided to get rid of one or two properties which would be most profitable to sell but also make them more money on air b and b. The couple now lives in north carolina with their three children.
