Gender Equality by Design

Sally Kohn: The motivation for even writing the book came from Eris Bonnet, who gave this amazing talk called Gender Equality by Design. She brought to it an idea that a lot of racial bias, gender bias isn't necessarily explicit. I wake up in the morning hating women or hating black people. But when I see a resume where the name at the top of the resume is female, I have the snap judgment that again, I'm not even aware I'm making," she says.
