The tight end production is a function of the offense. Luke Musgrave lands with the Cowboys for instance I'm gonna be extremely excited from a fantasy point of view if he lands with a team that likes to rotate and have like three tight ends on the field at all times. Zach Koons you mentioned from old Dominion is six foot seven and had those incredible scores so it's just another example of that.
