Resilience Research

The five principles of aunt heresa's values are very consistent with resilience research. The idea that someone who isn't set up with community that is able to give those things is supposed to somehow pick themselves up and get through it all is asinine, and it's actually quite destructive. And so when i see these corps principles, what i see is ways of building this collective resilience because we all, as humans, need these support systems in place in order to have capacity for that resilience. It's never in inside of one person.
