i like the team at barbell medicine. I think they've done a lot of good when it comes toa breaking people of a lot of fear mongering regarding exercise and movement and pain. According to read, bell medicine has been fairly outspoken against a most supplementation in a parentheses. The only exceptions that come to mind are creatine beta, alanine, citraline, mamalate, essential amino acids and beet root. i'm going to except that that is a an accurate representation of their position.
