Getting a Panic Attack

I was miles outside of my comfort on. I really didn't want to be in the fockin night club. Back then that stigma around mental helpt was too extreme. People would have just assumed, oh, this person is mentaltis. You're mentally ill, and you need a straight jacket. That was the attitude then. Unfortunately, back then, things have changed now, thank folk.
