Jayon: I try to be a gatekeeper and be proactive. The nature of how we designed a 411 is around the big rocks and priorities. And for better or worse, depending on where you are in this journey, a lot of the EA's job is taking my 80% and giving me back focused on the big rocks. Hallie: We got to a point probably a year ago, a year and a half ago, where I felt like I can help Jay and she can execute at a much higher level strategically if I only had more time in my day Or more space to do that.
