How to Use a Color Key in Photoshop

It's quicker to paint over stuff in Photoshop rather than render I mean nowadays it's it's quicker because of the real-time engines and stuff but still pretty useful yeah got it. is it for like a sequence of shots is that generally when it's used or is it just one still? Depending on the on the project when you have like a movie uh they would do like a color script which is like a whole a movie in thumbnails with the color information right right. And then if you like working on a cinematic you would create a color key when they don't know how to light a scene so you come up with few solutions.
