Sally Kohn: I think that the fear that she would have that this is a, quote, high market, almost like the joy she expressed about it being a low market. Right. So what you're stating is that rising prices work both ways. The cost of the asset is higher but the nightly rate is also higher. She says focus on that math and that individual opportunity much more than the quote market.
