The amount of capacity that's seeking to be put out there is expensive. If you look at the Chicago rail, one terminal off one rail in August made $12 million. That one terminal processes about 5000 containers per month. The product is on the ship. It comes from China to LA where currently it just parks it waits for 20 some days till it gets to the port where the containers are unloaded.
