Entrepreneurs - How Do You Analyze the Leader?
The first thing I look for is do you have the capacity to create plans from blank slate? Yeah. Are you somebody who can organize your thoughts? And are you comfortable with extreme uncertainty? So that's just from a sort of psychological and also a tactical standpoint, step one. Then step two is that plan, something that has inspirational quality to it. Now that's not always someone who is an inspiring visionary leader, but it has to be somebody who can articulate the future.
