With ADHD there's something called object impermanence meaning it's kind of like when you play peek-a-boo with a baby. So for me if I don't see something I will forget about it and so to deal with that I have a particular way of using tags by directional links and structured notes which are maps of content. "I use two different kinds of links I use tags which are a soft link and I use bidirectional links which is a hard link" he says. He also uses emojis because he doesn't like the type of words used in his work.
