The Only Way Forward Is Root Cause Analysis

Mary Robinson: Even the mightiest tree will fall if you cut it at the root. And that's why I've gone to the root of the problem. One of the reasons a system failure is continuing is that doctors aren't aware of these issues about the regulator being captured, raw data being withheld and independent analysis not really happening. Any deviation from the truth when it comes to medical science is going to have suboptimal or potentially harmful consequences for patients and individuals. So we've got a choice to make. Are we going to continue heading towards oblivion? Or should we start changing track towards utopia? And I know which one I'm going to fight for.
