The Most Critical Thing in a Startup Is Hiring Good People

Johnan: Most critical thing in launching any business is getting those early evangelists who can take your idea and run with it. A lot of people don't necessarily adapt to that incredibly free, weeling, haphazard, somewhat anarchic environment when you are trying to start something new. I think there was a good example of i think the culture that we have created at sifted is incredibly challenging. We want to skinner sift ideas on their own individual merits. If they're good and the rest of us like them, we'll run with them.
