Is There a Strength Training Station Down Before a Run?

The most important thing for the runner is that they're running. A small amount of either pliometric training or strength training can be done before a run, but it should not take over their entire session. If you are doing some sort of strength training session that's kind of depleting a little bitof the glicagen stores fatigue in the nervous system a little bit,. i'd be very surprised if that ten doesn't adversely affect ther em their running session. But yes, itsis between units, rather than like a holtra string training session.
