I was surprised at how smoothly it went because I typically like to let the people at the store handle that part of it and just so I don't have to be responsible if anything goes wrong. The whole, you know, putting the two phones together and doing the transfer, the ECIM, the phone number, like everything really went very, very well. And in addition to that, they've made it even easier to remove your old phone off of your iCloud account.
