The Electoral College and the Joint Session

Congress is supposed to meet in a joint session that convenes at one o'clock. Ad the vice president is supposed to open and present the certificates of the electoral college votes from the states in alphabetical order. The person having the greatest number of s for president shall be president, if such number be a majority of the whole number of electors appointed. A federal law called the electoral count act also gives us some more procedures.
