What Would You Say to a Young Person?

I was blown away by this guy, you know, my idol at the time. He's ready to give me his shirt off his back so I can train with him. It just speaks of his character. You know, it seems like he's passed his MMA career that he's not interested in fighting. But the guy still looks like he's in fight shape. Man, I want to look like that. All of that when I'm 40 something, please. Underneath I look just, I know I do. Exactly. I have about 30 pounds of extra calories just in case. Just in case.
