The Journey That Followed the World of Open Source Security
Snyk was founded in July 2015 and launched on October 30th of that year. It's always been first and foremost about this dev first security, bring security into the dev ops mindset. I think it would be hard pressed to find really kind of great accomplished developer tooling companies that aren't product led,. That don't satisfy that need. For us trying to break through to developers and get them to embrace a security solution is not common at all because security is naturally a broad problem.
