Is There a Threat to Nuclear War?

This is the sort of global event that has the potential to go sideways. The last time we had any threat to go nuclear was probably the 19 eighties. A dane might say that no should have spheres of influence, and that any country should be able to join any alliance they want. But i'm getting questions that i thorgo, i never would have thought about that. Maybe i can answer a few of those to day.
