Hanko predicted in his essay that by 20 28, cars could take us to other galaxies. He was so taken with the phrase 'superior fish beings' he gurgled it and found out no one had ever used it before. Hanko: I constantly think about a species that exists only under water on planets where there is no land ray. And like, this s something i think about constantly.
