The person in plant is deeply integrated, especially during key manufacturing steps so if the elements of deviation or concerns, they have the same level of knowledge of what's taken place of their site. Make sure you're planning the work and then you work the job, I think that's a key piece. We've been able to work successfully partnering with very CDMOs on the upfront side from a planning element as well as ensuring that we have a flawless execution mindset.
